DESIGN STATEMENT

Devastated by a housing displacement due to a recent series of destructive fires, the city of Santa Rosa lost an important quality of community. Through a proposed connection from Downtown Santa Rosa to the SMART Train and Santa Rosa Creek, the design of the Multi-Family / Townhouse residential complex aims to reintroduce a sense of community within the surrounding context of Santa Rosa.
